Gwinnett County has excellent services for school age youth with special needs. After graduation there is no County facilitation that can continue the good work that has only begun. Greater Atlanta Pathways was founded to provide the life enhancements that can help our members discover new abilities. Parents, Teachers, Clergy, Police Officers, world-class Musicians, and concerned Gwinnett citizens rally to a common banner and cause. It's all for our members.
