Through life skills and social interactions within small groups and the broader community, GAP is focused on creating pathways to independence and a better life for individuals with developmental disabilities and their caregivers.

We have seen the growth and helped build the support systems for individuals with developmental disabilities within the greater Gwinnett County area and beyond.  This rapidly changing environment requires families to be aware of new opportunities and the evolution of existing support systems. 

GAP helps bridge that communications gap to maximize the impact for our adult children after they graduate from the local school system in order to continue a life full of pathways and opportunities for enrichment.
